2, glass lined reactor try to avoid cold tank heating material and hot tank with cold material, prevent the temperature suddenly cold and hot. Glass lined reactor temperature drastic change is less than 120 ℃;
3, glass-lined reactor try to avoid alternating between acid and alkali liquid media, otherwise, will make the glass-lined reactor surface luster and corrosion;
4, glass-lined reactor to strictly prevent the jacket into the acid, if cleaning the jacket must be used when the acid, can not use PH <2 acid, acid into the glass-lined reactor jacket will produce hydrogen effect, cause glass-lined surfaces like fish scales off large areas, general cleaning of the jacket can be used in 2% of sodium hypochlorite solution, and finally use water to clean the jacket;
5, glass-lined reactor kettle discharge kettle bottom clogging, available non-metallic rod gently dredging, prohibit the use of metal tools shoveling. The reaction material on the surface of the reaction kettle tank should be cleaned in time, and it is not suitable to use metal tools to prevent damage to the glass lining of the kettle.
