Basic operating procedures of glass-lined reactor

No matter which production of glass lining equipment, product quality is good, but also must follow the correct operation method, and master the basic maintenance method. This is necessary for the service life and safety of the equipment. The following is a brief introduction to some of the basic operating procedures, I hope to help you:
First, before use, first carefully check the pipelines and valves related to the reactor, in order to ensure compliance with the feeding conditions, before feeding.
Second, check whether the stirring motor, reducer, machine seal is normal, whether the oil level of reducer is appropriate, whether the seal cooling water supply is normal.
Third, in order to ensure that there is no abnormal situation, start stirring, according to the specified amount of material input. 10 cubic meters or more than the reactor or stirring bottom bearing reactor is strictly prohibited idling, to ensure that the bottom bearing immersed in the liquid surface before you open the stirring.
Fourth, the need to strictly implement the process operating procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure in the reaction kettle and the reaction kettle jacket pressure, is strictly prohibited to exceed the temperature and pressure.
Fifth, the reaction process, should do inspection, found problems, should be dealt with in a timely manner.
Sixth, if the phenomenon of over-temperature occurs, immediately use water to reduce the temperature. The temperature after cooling should meet the process requirements.
Seven, if the phenomenon of overpressure occurs, should immediately open the vent valve. Emergency pressure relief.
Eight, parking: if the power failure caused by parking, should stop feeding; feeding on the way to the power failure, should stop feeding, open the air release valve, water cooling. Long-term parking should be cleaned kettle residual liquid, close the bottom valve, feed valve, steam valve, discharge valve and so on.
