How to carry out non-destructive testing of glass-lined reactors
Jan 04,2020
Glass lined reactor nondestructive testing refers to the equipment without damaging the performance and use of the equipment under the premise of testing, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test, the specific method of operation bar can be carried out according to the following introduction.
1, nondestructive testing, welded joints should be qualified by the shape and size and appearance check, the surface of the non-specification of the state of the image on the negative shall not cover up or interfere with the defective image. So it should be necessary to organize the testing part.
2, the design pressure is greater than or equal to 1.6MPa of the third type of glass-lined pressure vessel inner vessel and the lid of the A, B category of welded joints, including the nominal diameter greater than or equal to 250mm orifice of the butt welded joints should be 99% radiographic detection or recordable ultrasonic testing.
3, in addition to the above provisions of the glass-lined pressure vessel equipment other than A, B class welded joints, including the nominal diameter greater than or equal to 250mm orifice of the butt welded joints should be localized ray detection or recordable ultrasonic testing. Detection of the length, proportion and must be detected parts should be installed GB150 and the provisions of the drawings.
4, glass-lined atmospheric pressure reactor and equipment X-ray or ultrasonic detection of length, proportion and must detect the part should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4735.
5, glass-lined reaction kettle and other pressure vessels, the upper and lower joint ring and the inner container of the welded joints should be kerosene leakage or other appropriate test methods for leakage detection test, there shall be no leakage. The welded joints of half-pipe and inner vessel should also be subjected to 99% surface nondestructive testing.
6, after local nondestructive testing of glass-lined reactor and other equipment, welded joints, if found in the test site exceeds the standard defects, should be in the defects at both ends of the extension of not less than 250mm of additional local testing; if there are still impermissible defects, the welded joints should be tested in full.
The above is the non-destructive testing method of glass-lined reactor, according to its method so as not to harm the internal organization of the equipment being tested under the premise of equipment testing, to ensure the normal use of equipment.
