A good glass lining equipment should have what conditions

　　a. The gearbox shall be fabricated in accordance with the requirements of Standard 92. It should be welded for the equipment after enameling.

　　b. Manhole should be manhole high neck flange with high temperature strength and small deformation; and

　　c. Pipe opening (except for the sight glass hole) should be all flat interface, convenient piping and maintenance; d. Pipe opening and manhole should be in accordance with the requirements of standard 92

　　d. Pipe mouth, manhole should be docked with the head punch. This docking structure is very favorable to the quality of glass-lined layer; e. Manhole cover should be arched.

　　e. Manhole cover should be arched cover instead of flat cover.

　　f. There should be no flakes and cracks in the glass-lined layer on the edges of nozzle flange face and high neck flange face; and

　　g. The outer shape of the upper connection ring should be more regular, and there should be no obvious traces of forced assembly at the docking part of the jacket.

　　h. The lower connection ring should be U-shaped lower connection ring; i. The water inlet of the jacket should be

　　i. The water inlet of the jacket should be equipped with a hydraulic nozzle; j. The jacket bleed hole should be equipped with a hydraulic nozzle.

　　j. The structure of the jacket bleed hole shall conform to Standard 92.
