Angle 30° Blade type stirring is used for particle suspension, material precipitation and crystallization reaction processes, and the stirring effect is remarkable.
Blade stirring with angles of 45° and 60° is used for multi-purpose reaction tanks. Stirring, the mixing effect is 30% higher than that of ordinary anchor frames, paddles, and impellers.
The blade stirring with an angle of 90° is used for gas-liquid reaction, and the effect of gas absorption and dissipation is very good.
The paddles at 45 degrees and 60 degrees, coupled with the gas introduced by the gas introduction tube, can produce extraordinary effects, making the mixing more complete. In larger vessels, a mixer with multiple blades can further increase the mixing rate.
Multiple layers of paddles can produce special mixing effects, and the angles of each layer of paddles can be different.
